Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Australian Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
